Integrative Yoga Therapy is a pioneer and leader in training Yoga professionals who can bring the ancient insights of yoga into mainstream wellness programs. Our program is based on a vision of health as a unity of body, mind, and spirit. 

The Midwest Integrative Yoga Therapy (IYT) Teacher Training Program is registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour Teacher Training certification program (RYT-200). A certificate of completion is awarded upon satisfactory completion of all contact and non-contact hours.

This certificate can be used to apply for registration with Yoga Alliance as a registered yoga teacher at the 200 hour level (RYT 200).
